On Monday, March 18, 2002, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at Werner Elementary School,
5400 Mail Creek Lane, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a
neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your
neighborhood. The project is known as Discount Tire Project Development Plan.
This is a commercial project, located at the southeast corner of South College Avenue and
Fossil Creek Parkway. As proposed, the project consists of an 8,400 sq.ft. retail building
on 2.9 acres of land. The use is for tire sales and service.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property
owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend
this meeting, written comments are welcome.
