I don't remember if I waived Wingshadow. I don't appear to have a record of it. However, there is more
than sufficient capacity in the area and the roadways are built. I do not expect to see any traffic issues
related to the development.

I find DMS very awkward. The technology gets in the way of effective communication when, in fact, it is
supposed to do just the opposite. Thanks for your timely comments.
By the way, W ingshadow (1225 Redwood) is on for P & Z tonight. You responded to the routing "No
Problems."
There will be neighborhood opposition, especially around the fact that the P.D.P. includes Frontier High
School (110 students at full enrollment). I expect that the testimony will be very emotional and will likely
sway some board members. So, when Jerry G. asks me about the T.I.S., I will be correct in stating that it
was waived. Right?
I also have a message into Mark Jackson about talking to the Safe Route to School person just to cover
the bases.

I tried to place these comments on the DMS but I couldn't find the project. I guess I need a bit more
training.
However, here are the comments:
1. Timberline/Milestone is going to be an issue. I would like to see them construct a channelized T
intersection at this particular intersection.
2. If they do not want to do the channelized T, then they will be required to restrict movements at the
intersection to a RI/RO access.
3. Timberline should be constructed to arterial standards from Caribou, south to Harmony. (where last
years project left off)
4. Access to the mobile home park on the east should be made more direct. It seem circuitous under the
current design.
5. Under no circumstances will a traffic signal be considered at Milestone/Timberline.
