The purpose of this etter is to verify that the City's initial contact with
Wingshadow on issue of the Dry Creek floodway was on Wednesday,
November 20, 20 . On this day, I was informed of the issue by
representatives of the City's Stormwater Department and proceeded
G1,6rd immediately to notify Wingshadow of the ramifications. Subsequent to this
'►- notification, a meeting was set up with Marsha Hilmes-Robinson, City of
Z Fort Collins Floodplain Administrator, Mr. Steve Bolton and Mr. Keith Hess
