RE: Park Central Condos — Request for Modification
Dear Rachel:
On Thursday, August 1, 2002, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort
Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 5 — 0 to approve the
Park Central Condos — Request for Modification of Standard, Section
3.5.2(C) Relationship of Dwellings to Streets and Parking. This action by
the Board will allow proposed Buildings three through six to be located
beyond 200 feet from the public sidewalk along Prospect Road and allow
these buildings to not be connected to Prospect Road by a Major Walkway
Spine. A Project Development Plan containing this Modification must be
considered by the Planning and Zoning by no later than August 1, 2003.
