If a public street is to be built, a water main and possibly sanitary sewer need to go in before the street. If a private drive is paved, the owner would risk having to tear out the drive to install the utilities later. Department: Zoning Issue Contact: Peter Barnes Topic: ZONING 1 The proposed project is classified as a "public facility", which is a permitted Type 1 use in the UE zone. I would assume they need to submit the normal documents required for Type 1's (e.g. statement of planning objectives, site plan, utility plan, grading plan, etc.) as required in Section 2.2.3(C)(1) and (2). 2 Per Section 4. 1 (E)(1)(b), this development is exempt from the standards contained in Section 3.6.3. Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit.
