That portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 7 North, Range 68 West
of the 6t' P.M., County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which, considering the East line of
said Southeast Quarter as bearing N 0092' W, and with all bearings contained herein
relative thereto, is more particularly described by the following boundary lines:
