Dear Mr. Barkeen:
Enclosed are copies of the following:
1. Deed from Theta Lambda of Delta Delta Delta House Association to Lot 5, Wagner
Park, Inc. (the "Lot 5 Corporation"), transferring title to Lot 5.
2. Copy of Assessor Office Property Information sheet indicating that Lot 5
Corporation is the title holder of Lot 5.
3. 2002 Annual Ownership Dues for Lot 5 Wagner Park invoice billing Sigma Nu
(current owner of 701 Wagner Drive) for maintenance, taxes and upkeep for ownership of
Lot 5.
4. Copy of the check paid by Sigma Nu for the 2002 Lot 5 Corporation dues.
Based on the current development plans for 701 Wagner Drive (the "Project"), 40 parking
spaces will be available on -site. In addition, Sigma Nu's rights as a member of the Lot 5
Corporation entitle residents of the Project to park on Lot 5. Lot 5 as presently configured and used
is able to accommodate 60 vehicles. With the Lot 5 membership interest we estimate that 15
parking spaces on Lot 5 will be available to the residents of the Project. As acknowledged by the
City, the street parking contiguous to the Project provides another 15 parking spaces. In all,
available parking on -site, off -site (Lot 5) and on -street will provide parking for 70 vehicles, well in
excess of the vehicle parking required for the 35 apartments which are proposed for the Project. I
believe the above information addresses and satisfies City Staff concerns regarding the on -street
parking variance application to be heard at the October 17 P&Z Broad meeting.
Please call me with any questions. Otherwise, I would appreciate a copy of the revised Staff
Report in advance of the P&Z meeting scheduled for October 17.
