Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 RE: 701 Wagner Drive, Modification of Standard, File #37-02 Dear City: This is to advise that I do not agree to the reduction of off street parking for the new multi -family residential project. Parking in this area is very scarce as it is. In my development the parking is at a premium. We have parking which is taken by adjacent residents as well as the street is taken. This is an ongoing problem in this area and to reduce the parking for a new development is absurd. The off street parking requirement for new development should be increased. It is folly to even suggest that a residential development in this area of the City should provide for only one parking space per unit. Everyone knows that there will be at least two occupants in each bedroom per unit regardless of what is stated at this time - each with a car. The standard 60 would not be enough.
