Cutting of this street will incur substantial street cut fees. Recommend boring street to install needed utilities. If street is cut, then I need to see a plan stating so and showing limits of repair area for street cuts Department: Light & Power Issue Contact: Alan Rutz Topic: General 4 Will need a Commercial Service Form (C-1) to show load requirements. 13 Applicant will be billed for KVA charges, system modification charges, labor and materials to install new primary and transformer.
