Anew transformer will need to be installed neon the tower site. Sprint to provide ROW or easer-ent for -he now transformer. Contact Light ana Power immediately to coordinare new tronsformer location. 4 Will need a Commercial Service Form (C-1) to show food requirements. 5 Meter must be placed outside of fence or visible through fence for Teter reacing. 6 Contact Light and Power for charges to install new primary and transformer for the proposed site. PaF-c I Transportation Planning Applicant has moved the equipment area five feet to the west, at the request and direction of Jeff Lakey, to accommodate the planned UP Regional Trail alignment as shown on Z1.0. The street name has been corrected from Lake Park Drive to Parklake Drive on all plan sets. Zoning The height of the fence has been noted on the enlarged equipment plan, page Z1.0. This concludes the comments made by staff regarding the Lake Sherwood WTE. 12.10.02 TO: Bob Barkeen FR: Steve Olson/Mike O'Grady RE: Lake Sherwood WTE — Sprint PCS Mr. Barkeen — This letter addresses staff comments, dated 10.21.02, regarding our Lake Sherwood WTE submittal. Current Zoning Existing landscaping provides screening of the enclosed area from the adjacent street. Additional landscaping has been added to further screen the enclosed area from the planned pedestrian/bike trail. Engineering The recommendation for street boring to install needed utilities has been duly noted. If street cutting is required, a street cutting plan showing limits of repair area for street cuts will be submitted. Light & Power A new transformer providing power to the site is shown on Z1.0 and Z2.0. A legal description of the proposed power easement is described on C1.0. Location and placement of the new transformer will be coordinated with Light and Power. A Commercial Service Form (C-1) will be submitted with the application for Building Permit showing load requirements. A meter will be placed outside the fence for meter reading as shown on Z1.0. Light and Power will be contacted regarding charges to install new primary and transformer for the proposed site.
