RE: Lake Sherwood WTE — Sprint PCS
Mr. Barkeen —
This letter addresses staff comments, dated 10.21.02, regarding our Lake
Sherwood WTE submittal.
Current Zoning
Existing landscaping provides screening of the enclosed area from the adjacent
street. Additional landscaping has been added to further screen the enclosed
area from the planned pedestrian/bike trail.
Engineering
The recommendation for street boring to install needed utilities has been duly
noted. If street cutting is required, a street cutting plan showing limits of repair
area for street cuts will be submitted.
Light & Power
A new transformer providing power to the site is shown on Z1.0 and Z2.0. A
legal description of the proposed power easement is described on C1.0. Location
and placement of the new transformer will be coordinated with Light and Power.
A Commercial Service Form (C-1) will be submitted with the application for
Building Permit showing load requirements. A meter will be placed outside the
fence for meter reading as shown on Z1.0. Light and Power will be contacted
regarding charges to install new primary and transformer for the proposed site.
