This letter acknowledges receipt of the Annexation Impact Report (AIR) and plat location
map for the above annexation located in sections 27 &28, T7N R69W (between Drake
and Horsetooth roads). Today, staff from the Larimer County Planning, Engineering and
Health departments met to review these materials.
As it appears the entire enclave is being annexed, we have no concerns at this time.
