Subject: Clarification of Stormwater fees
Hi Rob,
I am responding to your questions concerning stormwater fees for your properties at 3000 and 3028 S
Taft Hill Road. They will be subject to stormwater monthly fees when you are annexed into the city. I
have calculated fees based on prorating the lots on the developed area. Your monthly stormwater fee for
3000 S Taft Hill Road will be $32.87 and 3028 S Taft Hill Rd will be $22.35.
If you decide to develop the property then you would have to pay a one time development fee. This is
based on lot size, impervious area and basin you reside in. You are in the Spring Creek Basin so your
rate is $2,175 per acre. You would only pay a development fee if you subdivide and develop the property.
