RE: Stauss Lakes Annexation (located in sections 28 & 33 T7N R68W)
Dear Mr. Jones:
This letter acknowledges receipt of the petition, plat, and Annexation Impact Report
(AIR) for the above annexation. On 7 January 2003, staff from the Larimer County
Planning, Engineering and Health Departments met to review these materials.
Not knowing the specific land use proposed, our concerns at this time would be:
• There may be a need to realign CR 9 and/or Horsetooth at the ditch with increased
traffic from development.
• Interested parties must be advised of the existing LaFarge sand & gravel pit and
batch plant operations north of this property.
