Number 130 The location is accurate and coordinated with the architecturals. Landscape Plan Number 140 The underground storage has been shown on the revised site and landscape plans and a note has been placed on the landscape plan with the City Forester's requested language: Number 142 The correct stormpipe, water and sewer services are now shown on the landscape plan. Overall Utility Plan Number 138 This variance request is attached. Site Plan Number 13 Acknowledged. The agreement with the DDA will be provided. Utility Plans Number 134 PVC option was removed. Pipe will be ductile. Light & Power Electric Number 126 Developer is coordinating with Light & Power. The location will be near the southeast corner of the building. Stormwater. General Number 131 Revised — see new design. Number 132 The entry now has a standard 4' wide pan. Number 139 Per conversations between Bill Coulson and Lance Newland, the door can swing into the right of way because it is only a fire exit and not a highly used door. Number 141 The handicap ramp (and therefore, handicap parking stall) is located to prevent the ramp from being in front of the stairs. We prefer to leave the ramp in the location shown. Grading Plan Number 114 Acknowledged.
