We were asked to remove all utilities from the Site Plan by the Zoning Department during the last round of comments. Utility Plans Number 106 The floor drains will be connected to the storm. This will be detailed with the building plans — Sand -oil separator was removed. Erosion/Sediment Control Number 65 There will be inlet protection around the existing inlet. Because of the existing street and curb that we wish to salvage, this is the best we can do. Transoortation Plannina Parking Number 58 The bike rack has been relocated along Canyon Avenue at the northwest corner of the building. Also, bike parking is available in the underground parking level for the residents. Number 59 The handicap parking stall has been moved from the little parking lot to Canyon Avenue, farther north than was requested by Transportation Planning. The 909 turn at the corner has been softened. There is now a more continuous lower level sidewalk. For handicap access reasons, we had to have a ramp at both ends of the upper level sidewalk. The lower level walk has been increased to 7' wide along the entire Canyon Avenue frontage as requested. Current Planning: Utility Plans Number 107 The underground storage issue has been resolved. We are showing the new layout -on the Utility Plans sheets. The number of parking spaces has been changed to match the latest parking garage plans. Number 108 A modification request has been submitted and it is the applicant's desire to have both the Modification and the PDP go the P & Z at the same time.
