Added flow calculation to report. Basin was previously defined.
Erosion/Sediment Control
Number 65
There will be inlet protection around the existing inlet. Because of the existing street
and curb that we wish to salvage, this is the best we can do.

The bike rack has been relocated along Canyon Avenue at the northwest corner of the
building. Also, bike parking is available in the underground parking level for the
residents.
Number 59
The handicap parking stall has been moved from the little parking lot to Canyon
Avenue, farther north than was requested by Transportation Planning. This location

A letter of intent has been submitted to the Engineering Dept.

The applicant feels that it is not necessary to obtain an easement from the property
owner to the south of the Linden Press. The construction staging area will be located
along Canyon Avenue and on the small parking lot area on -site.
Number 99
Roof drains are collected underground and piped to the Stormceptor — the only water
going through the stormceptor
Number 100
At this point, all we have is what is on the utility plans. The applicant will be utilizing a
structural engineer as the architectural plans become more finalized.
Grading Plan
Number 28
Contour lines are provided. In this small of an area, the spots better represent the
grading rather than the contours.

CURRENT PLANNING
The comments below address the issues raised by city staff regarding the Cortina
(Canyon/Howes Mixed Use Building)
Advanced Planning Redlined Site Plan:
We have gladly accommodated the requests of the Advanced Planning Department.
The 909 turn at the corner has been softened. There is now a more continuous lower
level sidewalk. For handicap access reasons, we had to have a ramp at both ends of
the upper level sidewalk. The lower level walk has been increased to 7' wide along the
entire Canyon Avenue frontage as requested.

plans.
Number 108
A modification request has been submitted and it is the applicant's desire to have both
the Modification and the PDP go the P & Z at the same time.
