Dear Resident:
On Monday, March 24, 2003, at 4:00 p.m., at 281 North College Avenue,
conference rooms A and B, the City of Fort Collins Hearing Officer will conduct
an administrative public hearing for the consideration of a development proposal
in your neighborhood. The project is known as Clocktower Apartments Project
Development Plan, File #37-026.
This is a request to redevelop the property located at 701 Wagner Drive with a 36
unit multi -family residential project. The existing building would be razed to
accommodate the project. A subdivision plat to plat the property will be
considered as well. This is a qualified affordable housing project. The property is
zoned MMN — Medium Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood.
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are
encouraged to attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the
opportunity to hear from the City staff and the project applicant about the details
of the project. You will also be given the opportunity to state your views about the
project.
The affected property owners list for this project was derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor
of this pending meeting, so all may have the opportunity to attend.
