RE: Priority Processing and Waiver of Development Fees for the Sigma Nu
Project
Mikal Torgerson is the architect for this 36-unit adaptive reuse development. The project
is located at 701 Wagner Drive and will have 10% of the units affordable to households
at 80% and below Area Median Income (AMI).
This project meets the minimum threshold for affordability and qualifies for Priority
Processing and a 10% waiver of its Development Review Fees. The waiver only applies
to fees charged by the Current Planning Department.
Please implement Priority Processing procedures for this project's development review
process. The developer will be submitting an application for review to the Current
Planning Department in the next week.
