Dear Sir
I am writing in receipt of your letter on the above and feel that a 29% reduction in parking space requirements is
excessive. By drastically reducing the parking requirements for this property you will be placing the parking
congestion on the streets surrounding this property. This will also have a negative affect on the suurounding
properties.
