6. We have been in contact with Doug Martine to coordinate
this. He has given the District the option of "buying" the
fixtures and connecting them to a metered source, or renting
them. The District has decided to buy the ones that are
scheduled to remain. We will coordinate details of this
arrangement with Doug Martine.
7. ADA Standards will be net in the construction of the entry,
drop off lanes, etc. We have increased the number of
accessible spaces from 10 to 12 (2% of total parking) to
meet ADA Standards. The location are carefully placed to
provide the most useful parking in each area.
8. We agree, but may have to do this at a future date due to
budget considerations. We felt the south(east) side the
most importantoto do now as the other side has some great
trees"in place now that will remain.
9. Our design intent is to make the landscaped areas available
to us very attractive and maintainable. Island landscaping
works well in some situations, but would force us to
increase the amount of overall parking lot area to
accommodate the same number of cars, and is a very large
maintenanceroblem for the District in the winter.

10. We have talked with Tim Buchanan about these trees. For the
Norway Maple Columnar we will use the Greenspire Linden or a
substitute Class I tree. For the Bechtel Crab we will use
Brandywine Crab. For the Newport Plum, we will use the
"Mayday Tree".
11. We can accommodate approximately 50 bicycles in this plan.
The racks are located for better security and access from
both sides of the site. Hopefully, this will help to
increase ridership in the future. Currently, less than 1/4
that number ride to school. More racks can easily be
accommodated as needed.
12. OK. Elevations to be provided October 18th.
13. We will continue to work with Poudre Fire Authority as the
plan progresses.
14. Yes.

The following are our responses on a line item basis to your

1A. The District has not given easements for on -site detention
ponds or storm services in the past and would prefer not to
change this arrangement.
1B. This is addressed on drawings as resubmitted.

1D. The flow controls are now shown on the plans. The east lot

sections of School property and thus not a concern to us. ,Aft
3. This is a Poudre R-1 cost item that the District would
prefer not to incur, but we are open to further discussion (NA
