The proposed project is commonly known as Poudre High School Expansion - Site Plan Advisory Review, #59-93. The applicant is requesting to add 104,800 square feet to Poudre High School for a total of 262,800 square feet to serve 1,800 students, located at 201 North Impala Drive and zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
