This letter acknowledges receipt of the petition, plat, and Annexation Impact Report
(AIR) for the above annexations located in section 10, T7N R68W (south of Vine Dr /
CR 48). Today, staff from the Larimer County Planning, Engineering and Health
Departments met to review these materials.
Please be advised that the Final Plat for the Streamside parcel is currently in process with
Larimer County. Otherwise, we have no concerns at this time.
