Subject: O&E info for two properties
Ralph,
I spoke to Ron Mills yesterday, and he said that you would be the one to help me with what I need. We
(the City) are facilitating two annexations that are owned by a private company. On the petition, we need
an attorney to certify that Cedar Point Land and Livestock LLC is the owner of the two properties. Carrie
Daggett in our attorney's office has agreed to be to one to sign this, but in order to give her the level of
comfort that she needs in order to sign, she would like to have an O&E for each of the properties. The
parcel of the Streamside Annexation is 87100-00-025 & the parcel of the Peterson Annexation is
87100-00-030. I'll put a copy of each of the annexation maps in interoffice mail for you. When you get the
info, can you forward it to Carrie? I do know a brief history of the lots, when they were platted, and lot line
adjustments and so forth, if it would be helpful. Let me know if you need any additional information from
me.
