Peterson & Streamside Annexations
Duane,
Cameron Gloss, the City's Current Planning Director, has asked me to assume the role of Project Planner
for the Peterson Annexation and Streamside Annexation, which processes the City is currently
initiating.
It is my understanding that you are the current owner of both of these properties located on the south side
of East Vine Drive between 1-25 and County Road 5. Being such, you may be shown as the Petitioner on
the Petitions for Annexation. If so, I do need your current address and title (if any). I see that in previous
documentation you were (possibly still are) Cedar Pointe Land & Livestock, LLC. Also, is there a phone
number that I can reach you at?
It is also my understanding that there will be some form of Annexation Agreement between you and the
City for both the Peterson and Streamside Annexations.
I have attached our standard MEMORANDUM, Scheduling Public Hearings for the 2 annexations. As you
can see, we will be going to City Council on May 2, 2006, for initiating resolutions. It is our hope that the
properties will be annexed by the end of August, 2006.
