Dear Resident:
On Thursday, January 16, 200k at 6:30 p.m., in City Council Chambers', 300 LaPorte
Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board will
conduct a public hearing to consider two proposed annexations in your neighborhood.
The projects are known as Peterson Annexation and Zoning, File #54-02, and
Streamside Annexation and Zoning, File #55-02.
Peterson Annexation and Zoning is a request to annex approximately 27.89 acres,
located a half mile east of 1-25 and south of Vine Drive. The proposed zoning upon
annexation is Urban Estate (LIE).
Streamside Annexation and Zoning is a request to annex approximately 73.67 acres,
located just over half a mile east of 1-25 and south of Vine Drive. The proposed zoning
upon annexation is Urban Estate (UE).
As a result of this hearing, the Planning and Zoning Board will be forwarding a
recommendation to the City Council on these proposed annexations. The City Council
will be the final authority on the requests.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may
have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so
all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
