I am skeptical that this can occur. Do we need to meet? We can discuss it at the 7/11 regular meeting but waiting that long may not be soon enough for us to get our act together. I'm blown away through next Th morning but do we need to set up a meeting Thurs. or Friday afternoons? CC: "Christie Coleman" <ccoleman @ larimer.org> Troy Jones - Re Streamside FP & Petersen annexation _ Page_ 1- From: "David Karan" <dkaran@larimer.org> To: <BBarkeen@fcgov.com>, <BHAMDAN@fcgov.com>, <GSCHLUETER@fcgov.com>, <shayes@fcgov.com>, <tjones@fcgov.com> Date: 2/28/03 2:55PM Subject: Re: Streamside FP & Petersen annexation All: I think Christie and I could probably meet the afternoon of 3/6 but I want to consult with Christie before we set anything up. While I know there are still some outstanding issues on floodplain, I was under the impression that materials sufficient for evaluation and revision are in hand and that many of our concerns have already been addressed. >>> "Susan Hayes" <shayes@fcgov.com> 02/28/03 02:41 PM >>> I agree with Basil and Glen. The notes Marsha left about this project indicate there are several outstanding big issues to be resolved. I can meet only during the morning of March 6th, say 9 a.m. to noon. Susan Hayes x2233 >>> Basil Harridan 02/28/03 11:24AM >>> I talked to Glen, and we agreed that the last submittal was still inadequate as far as the drainage and floodplain issues are concerned. I would be willing to attend the meeting. I have an 11:30 am to 1:00 pm presentation that day but I am open otherwise. Basil >>> Glen Schlueter 02/28/03 08:41 AM >>> Last I heard they were not meeting the floodplain requirements and the information was so poor it was hard to tell for sure. I copied Basil and Susan on this to get their input. >>> Troy Jones 02/27/03 05:29PM >>> I'm available anytime after 9:30 on Thursday 3/6. It would be good to meet to coordinate. Our City Clerk's office didn't send the mailing in time, so they need to postpone the first reading of Streamside and Peterson from March 18th to April 1 st, which means second reading is also postponed to April 15th at the earliest. If we need to hold off or postpone second reading from the 4/15 date to wait for final plat approval, we can do that. I think the main issue for us is for our stormwater department to agree about the condition being satisfied. I haven't heard much lately about this, so meeting to discuss would be a great idea. Troy >>> "David Karan" <dkaran @ larimer.org> 02/27/03 09:30AM >>> Guys: We need to talk about timing. Have you delayed the 1 st reading in front of your Council? As you know, the Final Plat must be signed
