Water/Wastewater:
1. If there is to be a restaurant(s) in the "common space" in the
building then a grease interceptor would be required.
2. The 2" water service must be for residential. The notes on the
utility plan must be flipped.
Light & Power:
1. The existing transformer is the electric source for this
building. It needs to be in a utility easement. Some of the
transformers in this area are old and antiquated and maybe
should be replaced.
Transportation Planning:
1. Handicapped ramps need to be shown on the utility plans and they
must meet the ADA accessibility requirements.
2. How does the western drive into this site tie into the existing
curb, gutter, and sidewalk along Plum Street?
Planning:
1. It is being suggested that the applicant look further at the
architecture on the north and south sides of the building. Is
there to be windows, glazing on the 3zd floor?
2. It is being suggested that Boston Ivy be added to the north side
of the building and 2 ornamental trees be included in the
planting area on the south side of the building.
Be sure and return all redlined plans if or when a re -submittal is
made.

[5/18/041 There are minor discrepancies between the utility plans
and the site and landscape plans. Please clean up the
Plum Street sidewalk configuration between the plan sets. Keep in
mind that the sidewalk needs to continue to the edge of the property
line and connect to the existing sidewalk.
[1/12/04] The sidewalk along Plum Street will need to continue to
the edge of the property line to the east. Please include a sidewalk
that crosses the driveway to the eastern property line (see red
lines for alignment).

[7/14/041 Correction required to the emergency access easement
variance. The min widths and radii were not met at the "pinch"
point and it needs to be reworded to reflect that.
[5/10/041 Sheet 2 - please be a little more specific on the
variance granted in line 48. Include the section, the actual
requirement, and then the variance itself. Also, include the
variance to the emergency access easement minimum widths and radii
granted by PFA.
