July 30, 2002
On Wednesday, August 14, 2002, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the Civic Center Office
Building, 215 North Mason Avenue in the Community Room, the City of Fort Collins
Current Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a
development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as Beaucaire Health
Services Project Development Plan.
This is a non-residential project. As proposed, the project consists of expanding the
existing facility at 302 Cherry Street to accommodate 6 youths on a permanent basis and
10 youths for day treatment only. An addition to the current building may be proposed as
well.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property
owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend
this meeting, written comments are welcome.
