-Very little.

-Yes it will.

Question and Comments
• Cooking facilities on site?
-Newsome Hall
• Freshman Dormitory?
• Who would be in charge of the maintenance of the facility?
-The University can build and maintain for a cheaper amount, and will also
oversee student conduct.
• Sewer Line?
- Existing line in James Ct, is in bad shape. Two options- will not use James Ct.
• James Ct. remains closed. Separate entrance to Pitkin. Will need emergency
across.
• Type of barrier?
-Break away gate.
• Construction Traffic?
-Off of Pitkin.
• Project Schedule?
-Possible 320 hearing April 3`d. Starts in May; 13 months
• Parking?
-260 spaces, on site and 150 on campus
-storage parking
