Rosita, With the development agreement and construction plans fully signed off on, I've indicated to Steve
that the project is ready to be fully filed and recorded. The process is now complete until the time that
you're ready to begin construction, in which case a Development Construction Permit (DCP) will be
needed. I do need a check from you in order to record the utility easement, the check is for $21 and
should be made out to the "Larimer County Clerk and Recorder" (not the City). Let me know if you would
like to pick up the signed development agreement or if you would like it mailed to your Longmont address.
Nick, The signed construction plans will be on the Current Planning front counter with a transmittal on the
number of copies needed.
