We have discussed a drainage chase at the alley connection to Olive Street with both the Engineering and Stormwater Departments. We believe these items can be easily addressed via revised drawings directly coordinated with these Staff members. Additionally, our Client has been working through the particulars of the Development Agreement, which will be facilitated through Marc Virata. Howes Street, Suite 202 Fort Collins, CO 80521 Subject: Old Town Commons FC Dear Nick, The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 60-day extension to the Old Town Commons FC re -submittal deadline, located at 300 Smith Street. The original deadline and expiration date was July 28"', which establishes the beginning point for a request for an extension. With a 60-day extension, your new resubmittal deadline will be September 28th, 2005. This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve outstanding issues.
