Old Town Commons (300 Smith Street)
Mr. Wray:
On the behalf of my Client, Mrs. Rosita Bachmann — Owner and Applicant for the above
referenced project, I would like to formally request a sixty day extension of consideration
for the Final Compliance documents related to the proposed Old Town Commons
Development at 300 Smith Street.
We have discussed a drainage chase at the alley connection to Olive Street with both
the Engineering and Stormwater Departments. We believe these items can be easily
addressed via revised drawings directly coordinated with these Staff members.
Additionally, our Client has been working through the particulars of the Development
Agreement, which will be facilitated through Marc Virata.
I thank you in advance for your consideration of this request. We look forward to
submitting our final documents and the continued re -vitalization of Old Town Fort Collins.

Dear Nick,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 60-day
extension to the Old Town Commons FC re -submittal deadline, located at 300
Smith Street. The original deadline and expiration date was July 28"', which
establishes the beginning point for a request for an extension. With a 60-day
extension, your new resubmittal deadline will be September 28th, 2005.
This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve outstanding
issues. Should you have any questions or require additional information, please
