CURRENT PLANNING
The Fort Collins - Loveland Water District and the South Fort Collins Sanitation District have reviewed
the above mentioned annexation and submit the following comments.
District records indicate.that.the property is not within the service area -of the South Fort Collins
Sanitation District. The owner will need to provide documentationAhat the property is within the
District or submit a petition to be included. The sanitary sewer service is contingent upon the land
being included into the District boundary, which must be approved by the Board of Directors.
The property must be serviced by gravity sanitary sewer lines.
The owner is responsible for all costs associated with improvements for water and sanitary sewer
service as may be required by the District.
