This site is in the Fossil Creek Basin which requires detention for the 100-year storm to release at the 2-year
historic rate.
Water quality 40-hour extended detention is also required.
The site requires an ouffall to a "natural' drainage way, which may require off -site drainage easements.
The basin fee for development is $2,274/acre, subject to the C-coefficient reduction factor.
