A. Roll Call
B. Agenda Review: If the Thursday, April 17, 2003 meeting should run past 11:00
p.m., the remaining items may be continued to Thursday, May 1, 2003 at 6:30 p.m., in
the Council Chambers, City Hall West.
C. Consent Agenda: The Consent agenda consists of items with no known opposition
or concern and is considered for approval as a group allowing the Planning and Zoning
Board to spend its time and energy on the controversial items. Any member of the
Board, staff, or audience may request an item be "pulled" off the Consent Agenda.
The Planning and Zoning Board are the final authority on the following items:

Recommendation Items: The Planning and Zoning Board provides City Council a
recommendation on the following items:
2. #9-03 HALCYON SECOND ANNEXATION AND ZONING
Request to annex and zone 17.32 acres located east of College
and south of Trilby Road, north of Robert Benson Lake,
immediately west of the Provincetown development. The City of
Fort Collins as part of the Affordable Housing Land Bank program
has purchased the land. The proposed zoning is LMN, Low
Density Mixed Use Neighborhood District.
