RE: Priority Processing and Partial Waiver of Development Fees for the
Farmstead Project
Mikal Torgerson is the architect for this 25-unit condominium development. The project
is located at the southwest corner of Laporte and Taft Hill Road in Fort Collins and will
have 10% of the units affordable to households at 80% and below Area Median Income
(AMI).
This project meets the minimum threshold for affordability and qualifies for Priority
Processing and a 10% waiver of its Development Review Fees. The waiver only -applies
to fees charged by the Current Planning Department.
Please implement Priority Processing procedures for this project's development review
process. The developer has submitted the application for review to the Current Planning
Department.
