Vaught Frye Architects has provided this information to Alan Rutz. 97. Blanket easement is being used for this development as specified on notes at bottom of sheet. Due to developers concern blanket easements will be revised and individual easements will be shown on Plat prior to Mylar submittal. Stormwater 109. • The owner of the telephone easement does not have exclusive use of the land encumbered by his easement. Transportation Planning 98. The walk width has been revised to 8'. Water/Wastewater 35. See comment response by Cityscape. 91. Note was added on sheets 9 & 10 of 27 stating "WATER METER PITS AND CURB STOPS FOR BUILDINGS 3, 4, 5 AND 6 SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH FURTHER PHASES". 93. Placing Geoweb specification on drawings will place liability on J-R Engineering by referencing specification will limit the liability in J-R Engineering which is our preference. The following numbers correspond to the comments: Engineering 54. Letter of intent will be submitted by the developer. 58. Note no. 2 will be deleted on the plat and replaced with a note that references the "Restrictions and Covenant" document to be recorded concurrently with the Plat. This document specifically details the rights, responsibilities, restrictions and obligations of the parties involved. The change was not yet made because we are waiting on specific language from the attorney. 113. A note was added to Canalized "T" Demo Plan stating "CONTRACTOR SHALL REFER TO LANDSCAPE PLANS BY CITYSCAPE FOR REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING LANDSCAPING ALONG MEDIAN. RELOCATION OF EXISTING LANDSCAPING ALONG MEDIAN SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH CITY FORRESTOR.". Topic plat: 90. • Sheet numbers of the Plat were revised unfortunately; an error still exists on sheet one since it is shown as sheet 2 of 2. This will be corrected for the final product. • Plat is undergoing a major overhaul to help clarify easement locations and geometry. This revision will include a third page but not completed in time for this submission.
