Please note: Department: Light & Power Issue Contact: Alan Rutz Topic: General Number: 96 Created: 7/21 /2003 Previous comment #80. 'Buildings 7 & 8 use a shared transformer. Will need to know electric load for both buildings to determine final transformer size." Please forward comments from Vaught -Fry to Alan Rutz. Number: 97 Created: 7/21 /2003 Previous comment #82. "Electric lines will need to be in an easement. Show electric easement or a blanket easement on the plat." I do not see a notation for a blanket easement on the plat dated 7/11 /03. Department: Transportation Planning Issue Contact: Tom Reiff Topic: General Number: 98 Created: 7/22/2003 The proposed walk width along the north side of drive aisle that leads to the east needs to be consistent between plan sets. The utility plan (i.e. Sheet #8 of 27) labels the walk as 5.5' while the site plan depicts it as 8'. Please correct the utility plans to accurately reflect the site plan and 8' walk. Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit.
