The project is referred to as Timberline Village Community Shopping Center, P.D.P., #10-03. (The project is formerly known as Harmony School Shops Community Shopping Center.) This is a request for the final and largest phase of a community shopping center in the Harmony Corridor. The proposed project is 15.87 acres in size and contains 109,583 square feet divided among nine buildings. The anchor is an Albertson's Supermarket with 52,443 square feet. The site is located at the northeast corner of Harmony and Timberline Roads and located within the H-C, Harmony Corridor zone district. The City of Fort Collins Planning Staff considers your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
