We submitted correction to plans and documents for final review the end of June, 2004. Following this submittal it was determined that we were eligible to submit mylars to be recorded. ✓✓✓ Since this time the owner wanted to place the project on hold due to financial considerations. We are now phasing the proposed improvements, with the remodel of the existing pool house in the first phase, and the new apartment building construction to be in phase 2. Engineering departments have requested to review the phasing of improvements prior to submitting the final mylars. We are scheduling a meeting with engineering departments to discuss the phasing for the Week of October 18-22. Assuming there are no major revisions to our proposal, I anticipate that we will be able to submit the final Mylars by November 5, 2004.
