RE: Cambridge House Apartments Modification of Standards Denial
Dear Mr. Brookshire,
On Thursday, August 21, 2003, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins
Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 6-0 to deny the requested
Modification of Standards for the Cambridge House Apartments, File #6-03A.
This final decision may be appealed to the City Council in accordance with
Section 2-48 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins.
The appellant must submit written notice of appeal, reasons for the appeal and a
filing fee of $100 to the City Clerk's Office within 14 days of the date of final
action by the Planning and Zoning Board. Information regarding the appeal
process including information on grounds for appeal is available on the City
Clerk's page of the City's website at http://fcgov.com/cityclerk/appeal/r)hl). If
appealed, the City Clerk will place the item on the Council agenda for hearing as
expeditiously as possible.
