RE: Cambridge House Lofts — Modification of Standard, #6-03
We own a condo at 710 City Park Avenue, in Ft. Collins, which is in the vicinity of the
Cambridge House Lofts. We highly object to any variance or modification to the Land
Use Code (Section 3.2.2(K)(1)(a)), particularly a reduction of the required number of off-
street parking spaces required by said code. The traffic congestion and parking problems
have increased considerably around campus and specifically in the area north of campus
around our units and the units in question over the last 22 years that we have owned our
condo. Please take this into consideration at the Planning and Zoning Board meeting on
February 20, 2003.
We are unable to be at the meeting(s) due to prior commitments, but are very concerned
about the congestion in that area. Thank you.
