[4/14/04] Per a recent telephone discussion with Troy Jones of MTA Architects the modification of standard request, to
Section 3.6.2(C) of the Land Use Code, is going to be included with the Farmstead PDP and heard as an "embedded"
item in the Staff Report and Recommendation to the hearing officer at an administrative public hearing. Therefore, a
separate application and filing fee for the modification request is not required.
