The project is known as the Bank of Colorado, Project Development Plan, #16-03. The Bank of Colorado is proposing to build a 5,500 square foot bank, with four drive -through lanes, at the northeast corner of Lemay Avenue and East Lincoln Avenue. The building would be one-story in height. The parcel is 1.71 acres in size and zoned I, Industrial. If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the opportunity to hear from the City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given the opportunity to state your views about the project. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
