It was also needed to discuss the requested crossing of the storm line under Lemay by stormwater, its potential conflict with an ELCO 24" line and a City of Fort Collins 24" line and cover issues over the pipe that could affect pavement thickness and design. I talked to Tricia last week and I indicated that a meeting would be beneficial to her clients. She seems adamant that it is a waste of her time. All I can say is that we tried and that if she does not feel we need a meeting that is fine but she should not complain later if all of the issues are not resolved in the next round of review. Basil >>> Ted Shepard 02/03/04 12:07PM >>> Comments for Bank of Colorado went out today. In talking to Tricia K., she said that she has been in contact with North Weld and that the parties have agreed to lower the 24-inch water line about 10 to 12 inches to gain the proper separation from the storm sewer. She also agrees that going to eliptical storm sewer pipe is a good idea. Since most of our conversation last Wednesday revolved around finding ways to not lower the N. Weld line, it seems like a good idea at this time not to convene a "design coordination" meeting as we were thinking. It appears that the lowering of the water line solves a lot of issues. If this is not the correct assumption, please let me know so I can stay informed on this issue. Thanks, Ted.
