Dear Ted:
Per our recent phone discussion, I would like to request a 60 day extension for the second
submittal for the above mentioned project.
We received comments back on the first submittal on June 4, 2003 which would require us to
resubmit prior to September 4, 2004. Due to the complex nature of engineering issues which
we are still trying to button up, we will be unable to submit prior to September 4, thereby
creating a need for the aforementioned extension.

I have received the request to extend the deadline for Bank of Colorado
P.D.P., #16-03 from September 4, 2003 to November 4, 2003. This 60-day
extension is in accordance with Section 2.2.1l(A) of the Land Use Code and
is hereby approved.
