Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 RE: Bank Of Colorado — Northeast Corner of East Lincoln Avenue and Lemay Avenue Dear Ted: Per our recent phone discussion, I would like to request a 60 day extension for the second submittal for the above mentioned project. We received comments back on the first submittal on June 4, 2003 which would require us to resubmit prior to September 4, 2004. Due to the complex nature of engineering issues which we are still trying to button up, we will be unable to submit prior to September 4, thereby creating a need for the aforementioned extension.
