The HOA consists of 42 owners. We are not in favor of any expansion of the Kaufman property. In checking the City records, to find out the properties present status, we found the following: 1. The sales tax division did not have any record of a City license for horse boarding. 2. No record of a permit for the two new buildings(none required if under 8") enclosed photo show height of over 10' 3. Zoning indicated the property was zoned for horses and not sheep(8 now on property) 4. 6 horses are present. Looks like that is too many. Take out for the large home, double carport & fenced in yard around the Homestead; there is less area. Another item; can the horse arena count for pasture area for the horses? According the Assessor's records the property has 133,233sf or 3.05 acres not 3.3 acres. Our understanding is that zoning is to promote compatible land use.
