College Ave. P.O. 580 Ft. Collins, CO 80522 May 15, 2003 We are neighbors living within 500 feet of Elizabeth KaLrgman who resides at 2304 W. Prospect. We have no objection to her planned improvements. To date the changes she has made on the property have: 1)measurably enhanced the appearance of her residence and therefore the neighborhood, 2)increased the cleanliness and thus the safety of the surrounding area, and 3)improved the land use overall. Since she moved into the neighborhood Ms. Kausman has been a "good neighbor" in the best sense. She keeps people notified of changes, is considerate of the 'history" of the neighborhood, extends offers of assistance as appropriate, and does not intrude on other's property or in other's "business°.
