RE: Expansion of a Building on a Property Containing a Nonconforming Use
Dear Elizabeth:
On Thursday, December 4, 2003, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort
Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 7 — 0 to approve the
Kaufman Barn, Expansion of a Building on a Property Containing a
Nonconforming Use, #18-03.
Please note that there is a two -week appeal period for any party -in -interest. This
appeal period will expire at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2003.
Also, the Zoning Department respectfully requests that building permits be
obtained for the two new loafing sheds. Be sure to note on the application that
these two sheds are for personal use. For further information, please contact Mr.
Peter Barnes, 221-6760, 281 North College Avenue. Finally, the City Sales Tax
Department requests that a sales tax license be obtained. Please contact Patti
Hendrix, 221-6780, 215 North Mason Street, for further information.
