Re: Extension request
Dear Mr. Wray,
On Monday July 18a' Anne Aspen called to inform me that my project at 637 Cowan
Street was expiring. I have been waiting on my lawyer to update language on a "Deed of
Dedication for Easement" that Katie Moore has requested and have let time slip by.
I respectfully request an extension from the Planning & Development department with
regards to the project at 637 Cowan Street. If this extension is granted I will be finalizing
the last lose ends in the next few days.

Subject: 637 Cowan Street
Dear Barry,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 30-day
extension to the Cowan Street Project re -submittal deadline, located at 637
Cowan Street. The original deadline and expiration date was July 15th, which
establishes the beginning point for a request for an extension. With a 30-day
extension, your new resubmittal deadline will be August 15, 2005.
This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve outstanding
issues. Should you need an additional 30-day extension beyond that provided,
please make an extension request prior to the August 15th. deadline.
