Meldrum St. Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 email: trista&neearthsol u6ons. com phone: 970-493-7559 Comment Response 637 Cowan Street PDP Final After reviewing the comments provided by the city of Fort Collins, dated October 10, 2003, One Earth Solutions offers the following responses and changes to the site and landscape plans: Department: Current Planning # 45: Each building has been correctly labeled and the project name now refers to the street address. # 48: Rooflines are not shown on buildings and all foundations are shown as thick dark lines. # 52: One tree has been added to the front yard to meet the street tree requirement. Please see attached alternative compliance request. # 53: The basement dwelling unit will now be a one bedroom and is noted on the table... Department: Zoning # 7: Dimensions have been added to the building as requested. # 9: All existing vegetation has been shown and labeled on the plans. For photos of existing vegetation, see the alternative compliance request addressed to Troy Jones. # 11: All plants existing and proposed are shown and labeled. # 12: One parking space has now been identified as HC accessible. Pavers have been added next to the space to allow for (un)loading access. The space is 8.5' wide and the paver area is 7.5' and tapers to 6.8' due to the angle of the shed on the existing structure.
