Applicant: Barry Schram
To transform an existing underutilized parcel of land and infuse it with
community and economic vitality. We plan to utilize this existing old town
location and infill it with appropriate housing that will upgrade the neighborhood.
This building will have architectural features that are similar in character to many
of the older building of our city. Refurbishing the outside of the existing home is
also part of this project.
2. All landscaping and circulation areas are per Ft. Collins land use code and are
detailed on the site and landscape plan.
3. This project will not be for resale, but will be owned, maintained and managed by
the applicant, Barry Schram,

5. Choices and rational are based on numerous factors, including but not limited to;
land use code, the need for quality housing in the old town area, current economic
environment, personal and professional advisors, discussions with city planning
and a passion for creating and building unique properties.
