We plan to utilize this existing old town location and infill it with appropriate housing that will upgrade the neighborhood. This building will have architectural features that are similar in character to many of the older building of our city. Refurbishing the outside of the existing home is also part of this project. 2. All landscaping and circulation areas are per Ft. Collins land use code and are detailed on the site and landscape plan. 3. This project will not be for resale, but will be owned, maintained and managed by the applicant, Barry Schram, 4. N/A 5.
